Shipping:

Items are shipped within 72 hours if not sooner, of purchase. Purchases include free shipping with tracking in the US. It is up to the buyer to provide correct shipping address on invoice before payment is made. If a package is returned for incorrect address, buyer is responsible for postage to re-send the item(s).


Refunds:
All sales are final on preowned items unless it can be proven by a reputable authenticator the item is not real. All bags are authenticated in house before being offered for sale.
Please review all pictures and/or video descriptions prior to purchase. We provide detailed pictures and/or video descriptions to ensure that you are received exactly what you expect. Understand these are preowned items and are not new, unless stated. Any use or Alterations including: dying, puncturing, permanently adding items, such as contractors, straps, embroidery, heat stamps, or chemical alterations such as spray protectors, conditioners, waxes, or polishes will not be applicable for a refund. You expect responsibility for alterations done to your item after purchase. No warranties are implied or provided as items are preowned.
